left;\">1 unbehandelte Zitrone<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">500g Mascarpone<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">150g <em>Zentis<\/em>, Heimische Fr\u00fcchte &#8211; Badische Erdbeeren<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">200g Erdbeeren<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Schokopl\u00e4tchen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Zubereitung:<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Erdbeeren waschen und halbieren, beiseite stellen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr die Mascarponecreme die Zitrone auspressen und die Schale fein abreiben.<br \/>\nEigelb, Zucker, Zitronensaft und die abgeriebene Zitronenschale im hei\u00dfen, aber nicht kochenden Wasserbad mit den Quirlen des Handr\u00fchrers ca. 4 Minuten dicklich wei\u00df aufschlagen. Im kalten Wasserbad weiter schlagen bis die Creme abgek\u00fchlt ist.<br \/>\nMascarpone unterr\u00fchren. Mit der H\u00e4lfte des Amaretto tr\u00e4nken. Mit der H\u00e4lfte der Erdebeerkonfit\u00fcre bestreichen. Die H\u00e4lfte der Mascarponecreme auf die L\u00f6ffelbiskuits geben.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die andere H\u00e4lfte der L\u00f6ffelbiskuits zerbr\u00f6seln und auf die Creme legen, mit dem restlichen Amaretto tr\u00e4nken und mit Erbeeren belegen. Die restliche Mascarponecreme darauf verteilen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Erdbeeren mit der Schnittseite nach untern nebeneinander auf die Creme stellen und leicht andr\u00fccken. Mit Schokopl\u00e4tchen garnieren.
